Best Dominican Restaurant in Hinesville

Latin Nation Restaurant definitely delivered! I had the whole fried fish with rice, beans, and crispy tostones, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The fish was crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, and seasoned just right. The rice and beans had great homemade flavor, and the tostones were hot, crispy, and the perfect side. The portions were generous, the food came out fresh, and the service was friendly and attentive. If you’re craving authentic Latin food, I highly recommend stopping by Latin Nation. I’ll definitely be back to try more from the menu!

My girlfriend and I had dinner here for Valentine’s Day. The drinks were too strong for her and they noticed she wasn’t drinking it so they altered it for her. She enjoyed her medium rare steak (pictured below). The sweet potato fries were perfectly crunchy with a drizzle of honey. We both enjoyed our rice and pea/beans that was seasoned well. I had the salmon, seared crispy and garlic butter drizzled. We loved the maduro (plantains). Prices were fair and the place is huge for a Hinesville restaurant, easily one of the best places in town. This will be a big deal when the word is out!

Stopped in after work to grab dinner and was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere feels like a relaxed social lounge, lively without being overwhelming. The bar had a great crowd, a few groups were seated at tables, and Sunday football was on, which added to the vibe. I also found out they host karaoke later in the evening. I didn’t stay for it, but it’s awesome that they offer it for people who want to stick around. I ordered a burger just to try it out, and it was genuinely good, fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Overall, it’s a great spot to unwind, grab solid food, and enjoy a fun, welcoming environment. Definitely worth checking out.
